Overview

Gexi respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit gexi.io, use app.gexi.io, play Gexi games, use wallet features, claim rewards, join duels or brawls, use chat or community features, connect social accounts, receive notifications, contact us, or use developer and publisher services.

Information We Collect

We may collect account and profile information such as your account identifier, name, email address, username, avatar or profile picture, authentication provider details, profile completion status, transaction PIN status, settings, preferences, support messages, reports, publisher submissions, and other information you provide.

When you use Gexi, we may collect gameplay and platform activity such as scores, sessions, XP, levels, leaderboards, game history, duel and brawl participation, prize or entry records, rewards progress, ticket or game coin balances, GEXI or SUI reward records, referrals, airdrop activity points, store order records, chat messages, reactions, gifts, friend activity, notification activity, and related service events.

If you use wallet features, we may process wallet addresses, selected network data, public on-chain activity, transaction identifiers, token balance display data, token options, reward claim records, voucher or claim metadata, smart contract event data, and transaction status. Gexi uses zkLogin flows for Sui wallet access; Gexi does not store your private keys or seed phrases in our database.

If you connect X, Discord, or similar services for rewards or community features, we may process account identifiers, usernames, OAuth tokens, scopes, expiry information, membership or task verification results, and related metadata needed to operate those features. If you enable push notifications, we may store push subscription data, notification preferences, and device or browser details needed to deliver notifications.

Technical, Security, and Anti-Abuse Data

We may collect technical data such as browser type, device or session information, approximate location, IP address, user agent, logs, request metadata, cookies, local storage values, authentication tokens, and similar technologies. For airdrop, rewards, security, and platform integrity, we may hash IP addresses and user agents and use those hashes to detect multi-accounting, automation, duplicate claims, fraud, cheating, sanctions concerns, illegal activity, or other suspicious behavior.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Gexi website, app, games, rewards, wallets, and developer tools.
  • Authenticate users, maintain accounts, manage profiles, protect sessions, and support transaction PIN flows.
  • Run gameplay sessions, leaderboards, duels, brawls, rewards, referrals, airdrops, store orders, chat, gifts, friends, and notifications.
  • Display wallet addresses, token options, balances, transaction history, reward claims, and related status messages.
  • Verify X, Discord, invite, gameplay, holding, publisher, and other reward or platform tasks.
  • Review developer or publisher submissions and respond to partnership, support, reporting, compliance, or legal requests.
  • Prevent abuse, cheating, fraud, duplicate claims, unauthorized access, illegal activity, and threats to platform integrity.
  • Analyze aggregated or de-identified usage and performance so we can improve reliability and user experience.

Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers and integrations that help us operate Gexi, including hosting, authentication, database, analytics, logging, email, infrastructure, security, blockchain, wallet, payment or order processing, push notification, X, Discord, customer support, and developer or publisher service providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect users, Gexi, or the public, to investigate fraud or security issues, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate reorganization, or similar business transaction.

On-Chain Data

Some Gexi features use public blockchain networks. Public wallet addresses, token activity, transactions, smart contract events, balances, and related metadata may be visible to anyone and may not be reversible, erasable, or controllable by Gexi. Avoid using a wallet if you do not want its public activity associated with your use of the service.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies, local storage, and similar browser storage to support authentication, session hints, theme settings, profile image caching, app shell updates, transaction PIN lock state, banned account notices, wallet session state, notification preferences, and general app functionality.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, maintain transaction and rewards records, and protect platform security. Some public blockchain data may be permanent and outside our control. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a copy of certain personal information. You may also request account deletion, disable push notifications in your browser or device settings, revoke connected third-party account access where supported, or contact us about your data. We may need to verify your identity before responding to certain requests.

Children

Gexi is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the last updated date.
