Terms of Service

Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of gexi.io, app.gexi.io, Gexi games, wallet features, chat, social features, rewards, referrals, airdrops, duels, brawls, store orders, notifications, community features, and developer or publisher services. By accessing or using Gexi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to use Gexi in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information and for your account, connected accounts, connected wallets, credentials, devices, transaction PIN, wallet session, and all activity under them.

Keep your login and wallet credentials secure. Gexi may require profile completion, a transaction PIN, or additional checks before allowing wallet, reward, store, gameplay, duel, brawl, or claim actions. Gexi cannot recover private keys, seed phrases, or assets you control directly outside the Gexi platform.

Gexi Services

Gexi provides skill-based and social game experiences, including casual play, leaderboards, duels, brawls, rewards tasks, airdrop activity points, in-app tickets or game coins, GEXI and SUI wallet displays, token transfers, gift flows, store orders, chat, friends, reports, developer and publisher tools, and push notifications. Features may be experimental, limited, changed, paused, or discontinued at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Gexi for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. You may not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate gameplay or scores, automate tasks, create or coordinate fake or duplicate accounts, abuse rewards, referrals or airdrops, attack or disrupt the service, submit malicious, illegal, or infringing content, harass users, attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, games, wallets, smart contracts, or data, or use Gexi to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, theft, market manipulation, or other illegal activity.

Suspension, Bans, and Account Access

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a user has engaged in illegal activity, illegal transactions, fraud, cheating, reward abuse, sanctions violations, money laundering, unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or other activity that violates these Terms or creates legal, security, or platform integrity risk, we may immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently ban the account.

A suspended or banned user may lose access to the Gexi account, profile, in-app wallet features, rewards, tickets, game coins, GEXI or SUI reward claims, airdrop points, gameplay progress, leaderboard status, chat, store orders, gifts, duels, brawls, publisher tools, and any other custodial or platform-controlled assets or functionality associated with that account. Gexi may block reward claims, withdrawals, transfers, store orders, gifts, duels, brawls, and other wallet-related actions to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Gexi is not obligated to restore access, transfer balances, or provide compensation where access is restricted because of prohibited or illegal activity. This does not give Gexi custody or control over private keys, seed phrases, or assets held in a self-custody wallet outside the Gexi platform. We may preserve records related to suspended or banned accounts where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or enforcement.

Wallets, Tokens, and Blockchain Risk

Gexi may include digital rewards, token utility, sponsored transactions, zkLogin-based wallet features, Sui network interactions, and public blockchain activity. Gexi may display wallet addresses, balances, token options, transaction history, and transaction status, but blockchain transactions are processed by external networks and providers. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details, recipient addresses, token amounts, gas fees, network conditions, and eligibility before signing or submitting a transaction.

Digital assets can be volatile, irreversible, delayed, lost, or affected by network, wallet, smart contract, or third-party failures. Gexi does not guarantee that any token, reward, balance, transaction, voucher, order, network interaction, claim, prize pool, or wallet feature will remain available, error-free, profitable, liquid, transferable, or supported. Gexi does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and no Gexi content should be treated as a promise of value, profit, reward, or availability.

Rewards, Airdrops, Duels, and Brawls

Rewards, task progress, airdrop points, tickets, GEXI rewards, SUI rewards, duel entries, brawl entries, prize pools, and related claims are subject to verification, availability, anti-abuse review, smart contract behavior, network fees, and finalization rules. We may delay, deny, reverse, adjust, or void rewards, claims, entries, results, points, tickets, balances, prize calculations, or leaderboard status where we detect errors, abuse, cheating, duplicate claims, automation, fraud, illegal activity, or policy violations.

User, Developer, and Publisher Content

You are responsible for messages, images, reactions, reports, usernames, profile details, games, assets, metadata, links, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. You grant Gexi permission to host, display, test, promote, moderate, remove, process, transmit, and operate submitted content in connection with the platform. We may reject, remove, or disable content at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

Gexi, including its name, brand, website, app, design, software, games, interface, text, graphics, icons, and platform content, is owned by Gexi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or exploit Gexi except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

Third-Party Services

Gexi may rely on third-party services such as authentication providers, X, Discord, wallet infrastructure, blockchain networks, hosting, databases, analytics, logging, email, push notifications, stores, payment or order processors, and community platforms. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies, and Gexi is not responsible for third-party outages, decisions, fees, delays, data handling, or network behavior.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Gexi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, availability of any feature, correctness of displayed balances, successful transactions, reward availability, claim eligibility, token value, network performance, or compatibility with every device, browser, wallet, provider, or jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gexi and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost rewards, lost tokens, lost data, lost access, digital asset loss, transaction failures, network fees, smart contract issues, third-party service issues, service interruptions, security incidents, or unauthorized account activity arising from your use of Gexi.

Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms, change the service, or suspend or discontinue features at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
